Fighting with BCBS

I had RNY surgery 10 years ago. I have been fighting insurance since February. I can't eat solid foods. I threw up. Have documentation from my dr and dentist. They keep saying not enough clinical. I am so miserable. Help!

Did they know what is happening? Why can't you eat solids?

Did they do tests to show what is going on inside you? Is there narrowing?
