Does anyone know if Ft. Jackson have plastic surgery dr. I am 15 months out. Looking for a military treatment center that does plastic surgery

Tricare wouldn't cover any of my plastics.  I wanted a tummy tuck or lower body lift and was denied.  So I am currently saving my pennies lol.  I did have a breast augmentation and the only breast augmentation tricare will cover is a breast reduction.
