    I only weigh once a month so on Feb4 i have lost another 23lbs for a total of 310lbs. not to bad for only a year...

    That is simply amazing Billie. Has it been difficult at all for you? Do you feel like you are dieting or do you eat just about everything? Thanks for the updates and info.
