hi i'm from saskatoon and planning to go to mexico for my surgery, if there is any chance i come home and spring a leak or have some horrible complications, are we okay with this in saskatchewan?  will they know what to look for or do?  i'm kinda scared as i already have been through some pretty bad experiences with misdiagnosis here at home.
