Scott ~ What a frustrating situation! I'm so sorry that you have had to go through this. However, your "gracious tenacity" is applaudable! (Is that a word?) What I'm trying to say is, you are sticking with it, doing whatever it takes and working hard in the mean time, but handling the situation with such grace that it's inspiring. I do hope when you get your records this morning that things will move to the fast-track for you. Praying for you, friend!     ~ Tara

Just got off the phone with Cigna and was told that Dr. Dyer’s office should be contact by late this evening or early in the am. Fingers are cross.

Hey Scott, that is just not right 4 sure. It is rough when we feel like we are doing everyone right then something like this happens. I to had trouble with my PCP and he is also at Summit, small world for sure. I have not had the pleasure of meeting you and your wife, and can't wait until I do, but you sound like a fighter so I know that you are not going to give up on this. So keep bugging the crap out of them and it will happen for you. Cheryl.

I'm so sorry that this process has been difficult!  Mine was no picnic either but because of the struggle, I was sooooo grateful when I finally got approved.  Never give up and try not to lose your sense of humor.  Just assume that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong.  It's really much easier that way!

Big supportive smile!

Thanks Freddie!  Yo are definitely right.    ~Never Give Up~  When I slept on it, I realized this was a fixable problem.  So I set my sights on fixing the problem, not fixating on the problem!  I am a planner.  I would really love to be more spontaneous, but always have a problem with that.  Anyway, thanks again for the  ~Big Supportive Smile~

Sorry scott that you are having such a bad time. Sometimes I don't think the offices realize what we are goe'n through. Our emotions are confused to say the leased,  maybe the drs. offices can become more accomadating with their paperwork.  For instance, when they record  something they get you a copy, just incase something like this happens again.  Because this I know has happened to me before. best_of_luck_graphics_1Barb

You're right Barb, sometimes we feel the people on the other end of the phone have no clue as to how we feel!  I found out yesterday, my  rep. from Centennial is going through the process.  So next time, I will be more patient with her!  Thanks for the support Barb!

Tawny,  Thanks for the support!  It's nice having you and David (is that right?) in the Lunch Bunch and along for the ride.  Yes, and I agree with you...I have 3 goals right now... 1) Get approval with as few roadblocks as possible! 2) Have surgery! 3)Start moving from the end of group photo and surround myself with the beautiful friends that you are! What a goal!  Thanks again Tawny!

Hang in there, Scott - I went through so much of this that I think I aged ten years trying to get everything in.  It did happen, though, and it will happen for you, too. :)
