Topic: !!Bruce Underwood Anniversary Today!!

Today is Bruce Underwood's two year wls anniversary. Many of you met him at the first Texas OH conference we had in San Antonio. Bruce was an incredible presenter. If you have not seen or used his free site (thinnerself.com), I sure encourage you to check it out. It lets you make charts and helps calculate water, protein, etc. Bruce is one of the smartest people I know. Bruce, I am so grateful to you for all your support to me and others. Hey Everyone, I talked to Donna this morning at 5:15 a.m. before she went into surgery. I also went to the hospital right after work. She is hurting but hopeful. Dr Provost said things went well. I am so proud to be her angel. I was even able to get her to walk the hall with me a little bit. Donna is at Parkland, Room 703 in case anyone wants to know. Hello Texas Friends, The last time I asked yall to post messages for Donna you came through with flying colors. (Remember when we bombarded her with posts and emails when she went out of town recently?) I hope you will do the same today. Donna's surgery is the day after tomorrow. She is checking in at 5:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. I got to see Donna yesterday. She is in good shape and is much loved by family and friends. Hey Jeannie, I am so proud of you and excited for you. Since you asked, I hope it is okay to share. You will feel so much better if you will add more protein like turkey, shrimp, salmon, eggs....but ease off of the chocolate and saltines. White carbs like sugar/white flour/potatoes/bread will not help get you where you want to be. I can promise from experience that the headache gets better as you get off the caffeine and white carbs. Keep taking good care of yourself. You are beautiful now. I can only imagine how amazing you will look a year from now. Holding a good thought for you, Ann p.s. Remember I am still a fat girl who is working on this process so I am going through this too. Guess what? 262 feels better than 423lbs even though it is taking a loooonnnnnnnnggg time.

Greetings, As many of you know, Donna Z of Dallas just got a surgery date after a long two years. She is having wls on March 3 with Dr Provost. I am honored that I get to be her surgery angel. Donna is going out of town for a work event from Thursday-Sunday.
