Topic: WEDNESDAY GRATEFUL POST
  Hello Everyone,

Hope your week is going well for you.     Mine has been very busy so far.    We ALL have so very much in our lives to be grateful for.    I am SO grateful for a friend of mine....Virginia.....who had WLS about 7 yrs ago.   She lived 1 1/2 hours away from me and came to see me on day when she was in town.   Now....I had known her my entire life....but had no idea she had WLS.     When she came to see me I didn't recognize her.     She encouraged me check into WLS and I did and the rest is history.    I am SO grateful for  her encouraging me to seek help for my morbid obesity.    Life offers us no guarantees from day to day and we have to be grateful for even the small things that happen in our lives.   I am grateful for my eyes too.    If you haven't noticed.....I wear glasses and have for as long as I can remember.    My eyes are far from being good....but at least I can see.    There are way too many things in my life that I am grateful for.   I try not to take things for granted in life.     Never know when they can disappear.    Please share with us if you will something or many things if you wish that you are grateful for today.     Have a blessed day !!!

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

 Good Morning TMB,

I slept in a little bit this AM.   i was up much later than I wanted to be waiting on my middle son to get home from a friends house.    I would appreciate everyone keeping me and my family in your prayers.   The stress is getting closer to ending but not yet so prayers are still needed as I deal with crap everyday.    I have absolutely NOTHING on the agenda today other than going to Dr. Kim's support group tonight.    Norma I am SO thrilled for you that your counter offer was accepted.   I know how very stressful selling a house is from me and my sisters selling my parents house 5 yrs. ago after my Mom passed away.    Praying everything works out for you in the area that you are moving to and also praying for a job offer to now come your way.    Have a wonderful day.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Good morning. I have a busy day ahead of little chores to do. Packing for a trip tomorrow, getting a haircut, swimming, moving old washer/ dryer and setting up my new front load washer. My new dryer will be delivered next Monday.

A big congrats on selling your house. I know packing won't be fun, but necessary. Now you will start a new, exciting chapter in your life. I can't wait to find out where you will land.
Hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning. I'm hopping on late because I'm still home. I have a meeting at Chris's school at 9am so I decided to sleep in and go in later.
I've got to go to the Chiro today. I should have gone Monday but I went to my sisters after work instead and then yesterday I had a hair appt at 4pm. My neck is really bothering me.

Hope everyone has a great day today!

Good morning everyone!

Norma, congrats on getting your house sold.

It's going to be another HOT day.  A friend I use to eat lunch with everyday when I went into the office came by last night and we made use of the pool and she stayed and had dinner with us. Had a nice visit.

Todays agenda is work and I might brave the heat and run to Rockwall to do some shopping.

Have great day!

Count down till vacation - 9 days

Norma,

Good Deal  that the house selling monkey is off your back.

You aren't the only one to have memories, both good and bad, afflitated with that house.  Good Luck on finding a new place to live.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Good Morning TMB,

Just to let everyone know...the saga of Norma's house selling will be stopping the latter part of this month.  The buyers ACCEPTED my counteroffer!!!  Today I am off from work to find a new place to live...I do have several places in mind to look at so hopefully it wont be a major hassle to locate a new place.  I am SO ready to be OUT of the house selling business...between my parents home, and my house I have had a house on the market for over TWO years.  I guess the FUN part begins...packing, packing, and more packing.

Go out and make it a Great Day...but try to stay inside if you can!!!

Topic: Hi From Elaine!
Hi Everybody,
I`m on my sisters new computer, and wanted to check-in with everybody. I`m doing ok, I`m still in limbo land as far as my lung tumor goes. I don`t believe this is the big C, or I`d probably be in alot of pain or dead. I`m addressing my weight gain, and trying to do something about. it, started drinking protein shakes again, twice a day, and eat a sensible meal once a day, with three snacks, usually fruit snacks. I`m dring alot of water and tea. Today is the start of my second week with a 2 LB loss for the first week. My metabolism seems to be non-existent since I was almost starved to death, for 3 years, from my VBG. My part of the stomach that is left after my Sleeve, is about 14 oz, so you see how easy it is, for me to gain weight.
Enough about me, I hope everyone is well, and happy. I miss you all very much, but with no computer, I usually can only read the posts on occasion. My Love to All.

L/S: Healthy Choice entree

Have a great day!
