I would have thought the folks at Teen Challenge would have some resources to share w you all. Surely he's not the first person to get sick.

Good morning everyone. I am not a roller coaster rider- wish I was but I'm normally just too much of a chicken. Sometimes I'll psych myself into riding one saying to myself, its just 1 minute of your life-why not do it? I have a feeling when we go to Disney over Thanksgiving I'll be the one with Emily, Abby, and Maggie while the adults run off to ride the big rides. lol. I"m just so excited that our whole family gets to go over Thanksgiving. I can't wait- its always been a dream of mine!

NOt much going on this week-just work. I am thinking about having a dinner on June 9th- what do you all think? Is that a good date? Let me know!

Good morning. I'm sorry I've been MIA. I got sick Tuesday afternoon with a stomach bug and by Friday I was so weak and ill that I ended up in the ER. But, I'm doing much better now. I've got my phenegren and zofran in case I feel queasy and I've been taking it easy on the food. My biggest problem today is that collectively I got about 4 hours sleep. I was up and down all night. I'm sure that will catch up to me this afternoon.

My sister Jess seems to be doing better so thanks for the prayers for her. My other sister that lives here- her daughter Maggie will be baptized Sunday so we're looking forward to that.

Nothing else to report-just a busy week at work but nothing huge. Hope everyone has a great day!!

Morning everyone. How was your weekend? We had a busy Saturday-Bryan worked and Chris and I went to my sisters and we took the kids roller skating. Maggie is 6 months now and she loved the lights and music. She's truly the most chilled best baby I've evern seen. She never cries unless there's a good reason- she's never fussy- always smiling.
Bryan left for Arizona last night and won't be bac****il May 14th so we're all alone. During the week its not so bad but the weekends are hard- we have NO plans and we need to have something to do. I can't sit around the house all day- its depressing. SO- if anyone wants to do something this weekend, please let me know!

Morning everyone. I am tired - I fell asleep early and then woke early and now that I need to start my work day, I want a nap. Zip Fizz hopefully to the rescue.

Prayers being asked for my sister Jess. She has bipolar and she's really struggling right now. She has been for a while but its really gotten bad now. That's why we missed the dinner last night. Sorry about that. I just had too much on my mind. today is work from home thankfully. I have a doc appt this afternoon.

I was sooo tired last night so I'm glad I got a good nights sleep- well I napped in the afternoon when I got home and still slept all night. I'm glad to get home for sure. The water in San Angelo has gotten so bad tasting that I was stuck either drinking soda, gatorade, or bottled water. I didn't pack enough of the gatorade or water so I'll have to bring more next time. Their water even smells bad. Can't drink tea unless the restaurant filters their water. We did stop in Coleman Texas at Tiffany's -its a dive restaurant-very old and very much a local yocal place. They have the BEST hamburgers and they make their own fries fresh when you order. VERY YUMMY. So if you're ever down that way stop there. We met Tiffany herself.


Gina- how's the new job? We hope to make it to dinner tonight. Will play it by ear for now. Today is a FULL day at work.

Good morning. Karla-your plans for the next few days make me tired just reading them. lol. Enjoying my stay in San Angelo-the Staybridge Suites is really great- full breakfast in the AM and in the evening a full meal type food for the happy hour. We had BBQ beef, baked potatoes and salad last night. So def worth the $. In San Angelo there is only 1 hotel that offers the state rate and its dumpy so to stay here its $14 more a night than allowed. However since we're not eating breakfast out and last night dinner, it makes up for the $. I'm glad I'm headed home today. Tomorrow is a busy busy day for work and then possibly dinner with Dana.

Good morning! All Aboard!

Why can't I sleep in like other people? I was awake at 4am and then I made the mistake of finding the movie "A View from the Top" with Gwentyh Paltrow and I started watching it. It was the last hour of it so now I'm awake. I'm watching Big Rich Texas- I have no idea why-its just a big old train wreck that I can't seem to stop watching. lol.

Yesterday was a busy day. Today is church, laundry, and I don't know. We've been trying to go to the movies to see Hunger Games so maybe we'll do that today.

Sorry- on Fridays and weekends my mornings are much different and I forget to jump on the train or get it started. We've had a full day- saw Maya play soccer, played with Maggie a lot-she's laughing so much now and she's so darn cute. Now we're watching a movie. We played Scrabble earlier and I won.
