So I was inspired by Blair this a.m. to look back into my past. Here is my before pic, it is Christmas of 2004, not quite a year before I had surgery, not quite at my heaviest. And my most current pic, taken at a little get together over the summer.

The after doen't show for me, but I have seen the real so I am already impressed. You have done an amazing job, especially considering you sailed around the world in there too.

I'll see if I can get this to work...before was almost two years ago (this Saturday will be my two years) -- the pic was taken a week before the surgery, the second was taken about a month or two ago.

Thanks, Blair. Actually, I have had several experiences where people I knew, and knew well, did not recognize me at all. The funny thing is, the first couple of times it happened, it didn't occur to me that they didn't know who I was...it was kinda surreal. :)
