Post Date: 6/5/08 6:19 am I'm only almost 4 months out, but my weight loss has slowed down a bit, but my goal is to lose another 34 pounds before August. This will put me at 100 lost in 6 months.
My question is, I've read on here at a time that some of you vets are going to liquid diets 1-2x a week to help jump start the weight loss. I might be mistaken, but what exactly have you been doing? I thought that maybe doing one day of a liquids a week might help get it in gear.
My exercise has been consistent, but I might up that as well. Any thoughts?
