Weight Tracker Help Please?

I know I've done it before... but please tell me how to add a weight tracker to my signature?

VGS on March 19th 2010!!  Weighed 289. Dr Aceves - Mexicali Mexico!  Sooo happy I did!! Formally known as Tired and plain weary.. but no more!!  Woot Woot!!
