I won't say how much but it was a lot. (remember I was SSMO!) I do know at about 9-10 months it slowed waaay down

my surgery was on feb 10 and so far down 54 lbs...however I have been told it is defferent for everyone. It depends on how big you were, in my case diabetes and insulin play a big role...but I am happy with what I've accomplished in a short period of time.
