My nutritionist told us about a new one called Arctic Zero ice cream that is supposed to be really good for WLS patients. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to pick some up the next time I go shopping!

Totally in love. My husband and I were at the store about a month ago and there was 1 container left of carb smart vanilla ice cream. He showed it to me and I was like hell yeahhh lol It's very creamy tasting, I love vanilla and it doesn't taste like it's missing anything. It barely looks eaten as I get some here and there, my bowls of ice cream are much smaller these days lol. Kerry
