That's what my 13 year old keeps telling me.  He says I'm not losing anything - as the weight leaves me, I'm winning.

I like the way he thinks!

You're darned right you're winning!  The weight is leaving - and you're winning your battle against obesity!

OK so I taught the kiddo to have a glass-half-full attitude :)

When I'm working out at the gym, I like to think that I'm punishing those fat cells until they give up and leave.  It makes the pain worthwhile.  I'd like to think I'm winning the battle of the fat cells, too!
