I waited a few extra days to make sure that the scale wasn't lying to me ha ha! I am finally able to say my weight starts with a solid 3! My body fought hard to keep that 4! I was losing inches but the scale didn’t budge for a good month... I was mortified!
I would have to agree with a lot of the advice I have read. My mind is still lagging behind and I find that I am often still looking in the mirror and don't notice the major changes that are occurring.
I imagine that I will experience a lot "firsts" as my weight slowly declines. I am no longer in a snug 32w... I can slip into almost any 26w bottom and my tops have gone from 5xl to a 2xl or a 3xl depending on the fit.  I have to take people with me now to shop... I often pick clothes that are too big.
I have the days where I believe I am not losing weight as fast as I should be, but I quickly remember that I didn't put it on in a week and it’s not going to come off that fast either.
I can't believe this day came and I look forward to the other big milestones headed my way.

Great progress.  This is a really important milestone.  CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

I am so happy for you and I can completely relate! It is hard to catch up with the rapid changes occuring. Of course we might think the weight loss doesn't occur fast enough but it happens faster than we think.

I don't know about the bottoms, (I still can't give up my old ones yet and I'm wearing them extremely baggy), but I went shopping yesterday and I am a 3x in a non stretchy material!!! I don't even remember the last time I wore that! Of course, like you I still go back to the 5x and 4x and it isn't until I try them on that I'm like, "Uh, duh they don't fit anymore; that's why you're here in the first place!"

Oh, I can't wait to shop in normal stores and purchase a size 12, 14 or even 16 or 18. Keep up the good work chic; you're obviously doing something that is working!
