 Hey everyone, just wondering what you guys are consuming calorie wise, and how many you burn through exercise? I dont want to be overdoing the amounts of calories I burn exercising and not intake enough calories.

Well, I don't know if it's right or wrong, but I take in around 800 calories per day.  On days I exercise, I don't eat anymore than normal and I burn about 150-250 calories, depending on the length and intensity of exercise.

I should have mentioned how much I intake and exercise, oops.

For me I eat between 600-800 calories a day, 800 calorie days are rare unless I cheat though (I get all my protein in but mostly via protein drinks, some meats actually make me sick to my stomach still...)

And I dont think I should but I workout at least 30 minutes at moderate to high intensity every day. I burn between 200-300 calories.

 I had been eating 800 calories/ 90g protein, but when I started burning 500 - 600 calories a day through jogging/weights, I started to plateau. When I upped my calories to 1200 and 140-150 g protein (still keeping my fats and carbs low), my weight started dropping again. Every time I go back to 800 calories, I slow or stop my weight loss.

I averaged about 1100 calories thru most of my weight loss period (around 1800 now), and burned anywhere from 500-1200 calories in workouts if one trusts the charts (which I don't - I generally cut the numbers in half when doing mental calculations,) but didn't adjust intake based on exercise for that day; rather I just let the averages for the week work themselves out, maintaining a comfortable intake and comfortable exercise routine. The only compensation I did was to add complex carbs to the pre-workout meal when I was swimming and that added endurance to the routine.

 I take in beteen 400-600 calories a day with usually 70 g of protein.  I couldn't tell you exactly how many calories I burn in Exercise.  I dont trst the scale on either the equipment or in my fitness log (I think the scale on the machine is too low and the calculation on the log is too high).  I am losing around a lb a day.  I hit a stall at 12 weeks, for about 5 days, but other than that its like .8 lbs a day.
