I also like cinnamon, or eating cottage cheese with any of the red SF jellos (cherry, strawberry etc). I also like cottage cheese with berries - blackberry, blueberries raspberry or strawberries- Berries are low carb, & you don't need too many to make the cottage cheese taste great.
Thanks Kelly L for the recipe! Sounds great. I agree with Chanciekd and don't like the taste of plain cottage cheese and was wondering how to include it in my diet. I was also told to blend cottage cheese, flavored yogurt and coolwhip together (all fat free sugar free of course!). Will try your reicpe first. My surgery will be March 1......2 weeks from today!
Try the CC with any flavor of sf jello powder like lime or orange then mix in the sf coolwhip. And when you are further out from surgery add a small spoonful of crushed pineapple...no sugar added of course. It is an awesome desert.
To a half-cup of cot cheese, I add a half-cup of blueberries (the only fruit I eat regularly), a couple spoonfuls of greek yogurt for extra protein, and hazelnut SF torani syrup. Yummo! I have this for breakfast nearly every day.

I also like some brands and not others. My fave is Knudsen lo fat.
