6 months out, can`t lose weight!!!!!!!!!
I`m a little over 6 months out and i`m stuck at 202, thats a 91lbs lost
I`m really upset i`ve been stuck at 202 for over a month now.
I`m eating 1000 or less calories a day, I drink a crap ton of water and unsweetened (zero cal) green tea. I have a very seditary life style but I exercise as much as I can. (Pretty intense back problems)
I have no idea what i`m doing wrong.
I have at least 40 more pounds to lose and i`m scared I never will.
Please help with ANY ideas or suggestions, i`m pretty much willing to try anything.
Ps. I`m also hungry ALL THE TIME, no kidding I get hungry 10 minutes after i`m full. It is out of control.

When you say stuck...how long since the scale moved?
Most likely you have just hit a stall. Are you keeping your carbs to a minimum (40gms/day) You may also try altering your diet for a couple of days (up the calories to say 1200) and make sure you are getting at least 60-70gms of protein per day. Also switch up your diet - if you are eating the same things every day try some variety.
Also - keep in mind the ultimate goal is to be healthy...

It stays between 204 and 201 going back and forth for about a month. Directly before that I was sitting at 208 for a month.
Before that though I was losing just fine.
I`ll try eating min carbs and lots of protien, I admit I haven`t been doing that as well as I should.
It`s hard because all the protien powders and drinks i`ve had make me ill. Ill like throw up =[

I also get hungry... Do you eat your protein first at mealtime? If I eat 2-3 ounces of dense protein (like chicken or steak), then eat up to .25 of fruit or veggies, I usually do not get hungry again for 2-4 hours. If I eat carbs only, or stuff like protein shakes or bars, I get hungry again soon...

There are some good posts on here that explain in scientific detail why you want to eat protein first (I think Frisco posted a good one).
I buy a lot of meat from Schwan's (steak bites, turkey meatballs, chicken bites). All I do is follow the microwave instructions that they have on their bags :) I really like the flavor of their "steak bites".

I do eat carbs, but never alone, since they don't satisfy my hunger. I have carbs like fruit and veggies every day, and carbs like bread maybe once or twice a month. I have sweets like girl scout cookies or M&M's once or twice a month as well...
