When in life are you ever excitied to have nasty yuck mouth? When it means your body is in ketosis and you drop weight! In my case four pounds this time !

  Very dark purple this morning. Six lbs this week

Don't like the morning breath though yuck!!!

Pleas excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by very dark purple this morning????

 I use a urine testing strip called Ketostix to test for keytones. Once you pee on it changes color from pink to dark purple. Dark purple means you have high keytones in your urine.
