So I'm continuing my lunch today post from last week. I like taking pictures of my food. Somehow it just makes me feel accountable. I may not be up to Frisco's talent in either picture taking or food preperation but these are easy for me and my family likes them too!
I'm from Syracuse, Ny originally and Buffalo wings with blue cheese are a staple (especially with pizza). Now the blue cheese dressing I couldn't do because I can't stand the lower fat ones and the full fat ones are just too many calories. I know that some of you will say it is sacriledge to have ranch with buffalo wings but this is the best I could come up with.
This is Wegmans pre-cooked (frozen so not a ton of sodium) chicken breast strips, 3oz has 80 calories but this is 2oz shown. Then it is 1/4 cup of Fage 0% Greek yogurt with 1/2 tsp. of ranch dressing seasoning.
