I have been working on this for over a year now was supposed to have it done last july and changed jobs with the new insurance had to start all over.

I waited a year a year and a half for mine and I think I am all the better for it. Take your time, you are starting a new life. Take baby steps and you will see the difference on a daily basis. Good luck.
