I am 5 months out 5/1/12. Every time I bend over I am dizzy.
I am well hydrated 80 ox H20 and 24 ounces of coffee a day. 65-80 grams of protein. Vitamins daily. carbs at 40-50.
No sinus drainage or ear problems.
Any ideas to the cause?

have you tried OTC meclizine? some people just have it. I'm guessing you have had your orthostatic blood pressures/heart rate checked? lying, sitting and standing to see if that is the cause?

I had that.  Mine was a Thiamin deficiency.  100mg a day cleared it up.

Dizzy as in vertigo (seeing spinning?) or dizzy as in lightheaded?  Don't take meclizine even if it is inner ear.  Too sedating and it suppresses your vestibular function and prohibits any compensation process in the inner ear.

Does it happen with any other positional changes, e.g., rolling over in bed or looking up?

I just had my 8 month surgiversary on Tuesday and I get dizzy a lot when I bend over and stay bent over for more than a few seconds.  I get all of my protein, vitamins and liquids in every day.  Not sure what causes it, either....

You can always try Benadryl for vertigo.  I have used it in the past and it helped.  If the vertigo doesn't go away you should def see your dr.  You could be having inner problems that your unaware of. (Used to work for an Ears Nose and Throat dr.)
