How many ounces are you were/are able to drink in one sitting? I drank about eight. 4oz with a 2 min break then 4 more oz. Is that alot? I don't want to stretch my stomach.

I'm 10 months out but always had issues with fluids.
But 4 oz sounds fine.
Fluids move quickly.

Things change some as time goes on.

I've always been able to drink pretty easily.  I wouldn't have any trouble drinking 4 ounces, and probably 4 more.  I'm actually sometimes having a little more trouble getting the water down these days than I did initially, which is weird.

I drink pretty much the same as I did before surgery.  I think you are doing fine.  Liquids flow through your sleeve; they won't stretch it.

I'm able to drink about 8 oz in one sitting.  Ironically the SF popcicles fill me up and that's only 2 oz!  lol  As long as you are getting your fluids in then for the day then I think you're doing fine.  That's what my doc told me.  I don't worry about the timing too much but am always drinking some fluids to keep my hydration up.
