I cup baby spinach, slice of pineapple, juice of a a lime, maybe a little honey and water ....yummy! And helps go to the bathroom too!

The majority of mine is spinach, then I add a little kale, maybe some carrots, celery, and usually a small amt of frozen berries. I typically make two days worth at a time, drink one and stick the other in the fridge for tomorrow.

You probably do need a quality blender, i have a cuisinart, but the vitamix is the bomb and can blend any vegtable into a puree

Google Victoria Boutenko. She wrote the book (literally) on green smoothies. Her website should have lots of recipes.
