Funny! The montage at the beggining is hilarious.  But the info was totally useful.  I agree that it works yo.  I hate to say it, but I have a step stool in my bathroom for that very purpose!  And I think I saw a segment on it on Dr. OZ last week. 

Ok now I must go talk about something sweet and pretty to counter all my recent poop talk.
