As I am tweaking my eating plan and checking out a bunch of OH profiles and My Fitness Pal profiles, I am realizing that I am missing a ton of people that I love to read and watch their progress so, even though we've all done this a zillion times before (and if you haven't, it's not nearly as annoying!) can we all please post our MFP info and request eachother as friends, both on MFP and OH?

I'm Nancy ... about 3 and a half weeks out of surgery. I've had absolutely no problems. Only took a little over a week off work and didn't miss a beat. My only frustration is that I seem to have already hit a plateau. When I began eating soft foods at 3 weeks(4 days ago) I quit losing weight ... in fact i gained weight!! I am trying hard to get in enough protein and have been averaging about 800 calories. Not sure what the problem is, but this is frustrating. Glad to hear about everyone else's huge weight losses ... not sure why that won't happen for me.
