Hands down, my decision to have the VSG has proven to be the BEST decision I've EVER made!  2 days shy of my 6 month surgaversary, I've lost 80+lbs, my bloodwork is trending down into the normal ranges across the board, and I've gone from morbidly obese to OVERWEIGHT in regards to my BMI!  I couldn't be happier with the way that I feel or the way that I look! 

I suspect, that as I can afford them, plastics will be next - of course I know I have to wait a few more months to even start the process, but that's okay, but because the more weight that comes off between now and then, the better shape I'll be in to have the surgeries (bat-wing removal, tummy-tuck and boob lift/enhancement).

You look amazing!  I am about the same as your starting weight and my VSG is scheduled for August 15th.  That date can't get here soon enough. 

You mentioned plastics -- do you find that you have a lot of hanging skin?  That's one of my biggest concerns.  Whatever you have, you appear to be hiding it very well in clothes!  You are rockin' that dress! 

I'm sure that my plastics needs are similar to others.  I have the dreaded "flap" which was really there before I started gaining weight - that's what having 3 kids in 27 months (3 single births) will do to a body!  So I've wanted a TT for some time now. 

The bat-wings are an entirely different story!  I've never been self consious about my body - even when I was heavier.  But I recently returned from a trip to New Orleans, where, after an afternoon of Hurricane's, I was talked into taking a ride on the mechanical bull...let's just say that the resulting video was excrutiating to watch!  I had on a sleeveless shirt and I'm surprised that I didn't take flight those wings were flapping so hard!  SOO, they will be the first to go!  I can't imagine that they'll get much better with the remaining 40-50lbs that I have to lose. 

Boobs, did you say boobs?  I've still got ALL of what I started out with - all F size of them!  Yep, I've gone from a 44F to a 36F.  My goal with this is to be a full DD that will stand up on their own - mine currently become knickers when I take the bra off!

 Are you sure that's not a pic of your daughter?  You have one of the most amazing transformations that I've see.  You are a stunning beauty. I too wanted my arms fixed first.  It's such a relief to be wearing tank tops this summer.
