Costco beef tenderloin - Wow, great dinner!

I've heard that Costco's meats are pretty good, and holy crap!  I bought a pkg of beef tenderloin - spendy to be sure, but it'll make at least 7-8 meals for me.  Cut a small-ish piece.  Marinated in my family's special marinade* for an hour or so, and cooked on high for four minutes on my new Cuisinart compact grill, then let it rest for about 5 mins.  God, it melts in your mouth!  You've GOT to try this!

*Marinade:

1/2 C olive oil
1/2 C red wine
1/4 C soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp tomato sauce or catsup
1 Tbsp curry powder (don't leave this out, it's what makes the marinade!)
1/2 Tsp pepper
Few shakes Worcestershire sauce

I make beef kabobs with this, it's a wonderful marinade for all the ingredients - beef, veggies, everything.

Enjoy!

 Sounds wonderful!
Thanks for including the recipe for the marinade. I love beef tenderloin. I don't have it often but it settles on my stomach very well and a small piece really keeps me full. Thanks for sharing.
Costco does have some quality meats.....and every so often you can even get some prime beef there.

Thanks for the recipe!

I <3 Costco! Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to get back to real food again and try this out.
I have their beef tenderloin every week.  One steak lasts two to three meals as you say so worth the price for me. Marinade sounds good.
