I hope everyone is doing well! I am so glad I had VSG!   My procedure was 4/23.  I am down 90lbs!  I feel better than I have in years.  Working out 5-6 times a week, eating healthy.   If u reading this and are on the fence about the procedure.... Take it from me.... It is a tool that when used properly , can change your life
