One Year Post-Op with Pics

Hi everyone,

I am a little behind in giving an update...I hit one year post-op a couple months ago...
I feel great, my labs are great, my health and fitness are better than ever.
I am so happy I had the sleeve, it gave me a life worth living again....and I truly mean that...
I can be active and do things that were so difficult to do when I was obese.
I know that these updates from those further out were so helpful for me when I was researching surgery, which is why I am happy to post for others.
Any questions, please feel free to ask....

BTW, I have not had plastics yet....I worked out throughout my weight loss journey...I am a size 4, and 133 lbs...I started at 246 and size 24.

Good luck to all those still working on weight loss, keep up the good work, and don't give up...I never thought I would surpass my dream goal weight of 140, and to be comfortable in a bikini again. My body is not perfect, I do have some loose skin, but it is quite good considering all I put it through with my yo-yo dieting in the past.
