Awesome. Congratulations to you. I lost 3 lbs this week and that is huge for me because my weight loss has slowed to 1.5 pounds per week lately. I hope this weight loss is reflective of fine tuning my intake.

Congrats! I lost 7lbs my first week and haven't seen that again, ugh. I do consistently lose 4-5lbs though so I am happy about it. I am hoping once my 7 week period (I am 9 weeks post op) stops things will catch up. Geez! LOL
