Damn carbs

I know...read the label!
I swear every time I think I'm having a low carb day I find that it's ok but not nearly as low as I think.

You might consider using MFP to plan ahead of time if you're not already using it to track it works well for that too. But if you're new it can be overwhelming counting so many different nutrition metrics. I used to find I liked to use MFP to plan out my whole day so I knew in advance what I was going to eat and how many carbs I would have.
