Need to lose 20pounds

Hi everyone, I had a veg 4 years ago and lost 120 lbs. I do need to take off 20 lbs, do I go back to basics? High protein diet? Thanks in advance for any input!

Congrats on the 120 pounds!  

1. Sign up for MyFitnessPal.com (it's free).

2. Set up your nutrition goals (80 grams protein, 40 grams carbs, 600-800 calories is typical).

3. Track every bite and every glass of water (shoot for 10 glasses a day).

4. Exercise and track it there too - both cardio and strength training.

It shouldn't take you long to lose the last 20 pounds - good luck!

i would recommend back to basics for sure.... protein first, green leafy veggies, don't drink for at least 30 minutes after, weigh and track, exercise.  Protein shakes always helps me a ton also even now.
