Congrats on the 120 pounds!
1. Sign up for MyFitnessPal.com (it's free).
2. Set up your nutrition goals (80 grams protein, 40 grams carbs, 600-800 calories is typical).
3. Track every bite and every glass of water (shoot for 10 glasses a day).
4. Exercise and track it there too - both cardio and strength training.
It shouldn't take you long to lose the last 20 pounds - good luck!
i would recommend back to basics for sure.... protein first, green leafy veggies, don't drink for at least 30 minutes after, weigh and track, exercise. Protein shakes always helps me a ton also even now.
