STALL

Hello everyone,

I know we all are different but can anyone tell me when to expect this "stall"? Is this something that occurs as we enter into the various new food stages?  If thats the case, then the "stalls" should come about every 2 months or so .  Insight please.....and thank you in advance.

There's no predicting a stall. Many people experience them at 3 weeks out. I didn't have my first until month 4. Some people stall every few weeks, while others rarely stall. I've only stalled twice in 7 months. Once in month 4 and I just came out of one in month 7. There's no timetable. Sorry! It would be nice to be able to predict them!!!

Again, there's no timetable. Some people last several weeks, some more or less. For me, the two times that I've stalled, I've broken them in a week by upping my protein and water intake. I think water is the KEY to breaking/avoiding stalls. When you don't get enough, your body holds on to whatever it can get, and BOOM. Water retention and the scale stops moving.
