So Far

Today makes exactly 8 weeks ago, that I had my surgery. My personal goal was 20 lbs/month. I was greatly disappointed when I got on the scale this morning. I am 5 lbs shy of hitting the mark. I lost 35 lbs so far. Then I got to thinking about that and said to myself, I would not have done half of that in two months without my tool. So I am grateful for 35 lbs in 8 weeks!!! Excited to see what next month holds for me!

You're awesome! Look at the numbers in people's signatures--the second month is almost always much slower than the first, then it often picks back up in the third (it is for me!).  I won't make 60 lbs by 3 months but I am so close to 50 I can feel it--and I still have 12 days.

You'l get there!  Congrats on your success.

That's really good! I don't know that I'm going to hit that. I'm at 30 pounds at 6 weeks-and the scale is loving to plateau!

You are doing great!  You have lost the same amount of weight that I have and I am 1 year post op.  Keep up the good work!  Don't always think about the numbers on the scale...you'll feel it in your clothes.
