She's back!!!!  I love that you all pick up the thread when I'm not here =)

B:  Spinach Quiche (so far it's NOT getting old)
S:  Coffee; Almond Milk
L:  Taco Meat w/mexican cauliflower "rice"
S:  Protein "GoGurt" (Protein powder, yogurt, almond milk)
D:  Chicken Masala w/sauteed spinach

Water:  4/12 cups
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  3 miles intervals

Morning all!  Today is a travel day so I am hoping I can hold it together on the plane (this is notoriously a hard time for me).

 

B - chike

L - chicken meatballs & carrots

S - greek yogurt & blackberries

S - string cheese & clementine

D - unsure something from the freezer

S - cottage cheese & blackberries

E - 5.5 mile run (am) hockey game (pm)

W - on track

V - have to get these in

Spinach quiche sounds delish.  I could never get tired of eating quiche!!!

B: leftover bbq beef rib from lucille's (I already pulled the meat off the bone)

S: HB easter egg

L: chicken thigh

S: Dannon Caramel Macchiato Greek Yogurt

D: not sure but I want raw cauli with greek yogurt dip, probably some type of protein too!  maybe a chicken sausage

Walking, Water, Vits are on track

Not a good day here. My debit card was stolen and they froze my bank account until further investigation. If I even wanted to eat everything in sight today would be the day, ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!

L: green salad with deli thin ham
D: some sort of meat not sure

So happy tomorrow is Friday...

B: brussel sprout, bacon, onion frittata/quiche

L: grilled chicken with sauteed mushrooms and onions and a little cheese on top, sauteed escarole on the side

S: not sure either an iced coffee or something protein-licious

D: TJ's thai lime shrimp skewers with some kind of veg on the side

 

Fluid: ok

B: Mexican tortilla-less chicken breast soup

L: Greek yogurt with blueberries 

D: tomato, avocado, and onion salad with grilled trout stuffed with lemon and garlic

snacks,  (I might skip these today, will see how hungry I am later). more soup or broccoli salad.

I'm eating Unjury protein shake made with skim milk, protein powder, and greek yogurt, blended with ice.
