Recipe of the Day: Turkey Sausage Kale & Pumpkin Soup

I love this recipe and have shared it before, but thought it was time for another share! I swap out the pumpkin for squash sometimes when I can't find pumpkin, tastes just as good, even better since squash is not as sweet as pumpkin.

I make this with butternut squash.  Yum yum

I've made it with butternut and acorn. Not crazy about the pumpkin.

I'm only crazy about pumpkin when it's laden with sugar, flour, eggs & cream cheese frosting - ie pumpkin cake :)
