Good afternoon everyone :)

I'm on day 2 at my new job.  So far it has mostly been administrative, but everyone on the team seems very nice.  I am super excited about the work!  The commute is hellish, so I need to figure that out.

Onto the food:

B - chike

S - 1/2 ham & cheese roll (was stuck in a meeting)

L - chicken salad

S - rest of ham & cheese & maybe a latte

S - greek yogurt & blueberries -- dinner will be late!

D - turkey burger & broccoli

E - yoga & maybe a quick run (was supposed to run 12 miles today, but I am sore, it is crazy hot, and it is going to storm)

W - a bit behind

V - need to get these in

I'm glad your job is working out well so far.  Hellish commutes are the worst, though :(  My partner who used to travel a lot said he'd rather travel every week than drive into DC every day.  Heh.

1: frankenshake
2: greek chicken salad
3: greek chicken salad
4: pesto chicken w/ zucchini with tomatoes and red bell pepper (There will be no red bell pepper since I forgot that was for tonight's dish and added it to last night's dish instead. I'll be making the pesto chicken with some garlic scape pesto I picked up a few weeks ago. It should be a delicious meal. I'm glad that my guys are surviving their processed carb-reduced lifestyle.)

B - Plain Greek yogurt and protein powder

S - Saag

L - Cheeseburger stuffed zucchini

D - Taco Salad

I'll also probably add a protein bar at some point.  I got my 6 month labs back and my Vit A was a wee bit low.  So, I'm adding a veggie snack to my days to see if that can help bring it up.  I also bought a different vitamin that has more in it.

W - good

E - ran this morning

V - good

I had to add additional iron. Another 5 calories a day going to vitamins *sigh*. I think I'm at 130 calories/day of just vitamins, the most of which are coming from my calcium chews. I just can't deal with the chalky tabs. Ah, well!

Yeah - as soon as I was given the pill go ahead I switched to tablet calcium for that very reason.  That and because it's so much cheaper!  ha

Hopefully it won't create bowel issues for you!  I was so afraid of being told I needed more iron or calcium!  haha
