Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
Happy Monday.
I was super sleepy this morning. I have had a Chike & a Latte already, so should be perking up soon!
B - chike
S - latte & ham & cheese
L - crustless quiche & sweet potato
S - yogurt & berries
D - taco salad
S - peanuts? or something healthy
E - run -- shooting for 6 miles at lunch, but meetings keep getting scheduled & yoga
W - on track
V - later
Now that I can reliably eat 4 ounces per meal, I'm going to work on getting to three meals per day instead of four. I'm not sure how this will work, so it's really an experiment. I might find that on days when I cardio I need that fourth meal, but I might not. We'll see!
1: frankenshake
2: tuna cakes
3: spaghetti squash sausage lasagna boats
water and vites: on track!
exercise: 60 minutes yoga, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.28 miles! I started week 3 of my training plan and, while it was hard, it was significantly easier than I feared it would be. Sometimes I almost catch myself thinking that I might actually be able to do this thing.
