I Worked Out Today! Did YOU? - 7/28/2014
I ran 6 miles on a gravel path at lunch! Running on gravel is way harder than the treadmill or road, so my time was little slower than it has been lately, but I got in a great sweat!
I'm heading to yoga after work to get in a good stretch!
