S:  Boiled Eggs
D:  Steak; Salad

Water:  4/12
Vitamins:  Oops took morning dose forgot rest at home
Exercise:  2 miles treadmill; 30 min Hip Hop class

L:  salad with 1 slice ham, pickles, lettuce, few strawberries and ff dressing

D:  chicken cacciatore thigh in crockpot

L - green chile pork (leftovers) & cottage cheese
S - greek yogurt
D - Bourbon chicken (leftovers) - no bourbon, tastes more like teriyaki chicken

Fluids - need more!
Vitamins - anyone have any advice on helping with pills?  I can't do the chewables, as they make me gag.  But the pills tend to get stuck in my throat on the way down...

Breakfast: crustless cheeseburger quiche - yum

Lunch - pesto chicken and broccoli slaw

Dinner - probably more pesto chicken and veggies

vitamins - yes

exercise - done

Today is the best day!  MASSAGE DAY!!

1: frankenshake + miralax - my bowels seem happy again, so I'll stop the miralax tomorrow if all is still well.
2: tuna cakes
3: pork roast with dijon glaze w/ oven roasted garlic cabbage

water and vites: on track!
exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.3 miles.  I meant to do post-run yoga, but I forgot until I was already getting into the shower.

Happy HUmp Day everyone!  I'm not feeling super great tonight.  I have a date tonight, but I think that I will reschedule it b/c I am exhausted!
