Hi everyone,

Im clear for the regular diet and 1 to 2 snacks per day. I've been relying on string cheese or baby bel. Feeling like there are more options but stuck....any good suggestions?

Anything you eat for a meal, just in smaller portions?

Tuna fish, nut butter, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, an egg, leftovers, deli meat, whatever you want :)  It doesn't need to be something that's "snack" food, if you know what I mean.

One of my favorite snacks is cottage cheese with unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon and tiny amount of splenda.  I never like cottage cheese prior to surgery, but love it like this and it helps me get more protein.

I have the same issue figuring out snacks other than cheese sticks or Babybel cheese. What are pepperoni chips?  I've tried using hummus for a snack, pretty good on thinly sliced cucumber.

I like sliced peppers, baby carrots,  cherry tomatoes or any sliced veggies with fage Greek yogurt w/Fiesta or regular ranch dip mix added into it. Makes a very high protein dip.

You can have all this so soon after surgery? or are they just things you like in general? Sorry, just curious..
