Snack ideas....
Anything you eat for a meal, just in smaller portions?
Tuna fish, nut butter, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, an egg, leftovers, deli meat, whatever you want :) It doesn't need to be something that's "snack" food, if you know what I mean.

I like sliced peppers, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes or any sliced veggies with fage Greek yogurt w/Fiesta or regular ranch dip mix added into it. Makes a very high protein dip.
You can have all this so soon after surgery? or are they just things you like in general? Sorry, just curious..
