My first NSV....well kinda of.
So my NSV does involve the scale but not the exact number. I had an appt with my pcp for my thyroid and when I go back, they always weigh me...ugh hated that part. Every time I step on their beam type scale the lady always would move the big one to the 200, then have to slide the little one all the way across to realize that the big one really needed to be on 250, so she'd have to slide the little one all the way back, move the big one and try again. Well today she didn't have to move the big one!! She put it on 200 and slid the little one to its spot! So I guess that really isn't a NSV, it's more of a SV, but oh well, made me feel good.
HW: 275 SW: 267.4 (1st day of pre-op diet) Pre-op: -16.5lbs M1:-17.8 M2:-11.9 M3:-12.5 M4:-16.5 M5:-10.5 M6:-5.1
