Anyone regret getting VSG?
I'm sure some people do, but I am not one of those people!

I'm less than two months out, but the only way I'll regret it is if I regain. And even then I wouldn't regret the surgery, just that I didn't use my tool as well as I could have.

I had mine (VSG) in 2009, it was a revision from a lap band. The lap band did not work for me, lost 17 lbs and gained 14 lbs, I was always hungry. It just gave me a hiatal hernia and bad acid reflux.
Yes, I should have gone with the RNY because of my acid reflux and hiatal hernia. I also realize that I need more than restriction to lose weight. I'm in process of getting approved hopefully for the RNY, whether I lose more weight or not as long as the acid reflux is gone, that is my priority right now. Best wishes to you, if you don't suffer from acid reflux you should be good.
