Finally Seeing Results

Hi everyone I am almost 2 months post-op and my clothes have gotten real baggy I knew I was losing weight but then at sometimes I felt discouraged. My husband talked me into at least buying me some new pants since my old ones were falling off me. The problem was I didn't know my size so we went to the store and I tried on some pants and I screamed and cried I was able to fit in pants 4 sizes smaller. I have never really worn to many jeans because I didn't like how I looked in them. After my screaming and crying episode my husband and the sales Representative came running. I explained to them what was going on they both laughed and congratulated me. After a stall or two I finally see results so all the people who are having a hard time don't give up it gets better. Super awesome!  I feel like it took me forever to move into a smaller size of clothes, but I guess that's because my clothes pre-op were tight and ill fitting, so before they could get too big, they had to start fitting correctly!

Congrats MsShawna!  We have close surgery dates and I experienced something very similar last night.  I tried on a pair of jeans that I last (poorly) fit into 2 years ago, and they fit perfectly.  I am also at least 4 sizes smaller since surgery.  It's a great feeling, isn't it?
