Although you may only be two weeks out from surgery, you probably did a pre-op diet for some time also... This could mean you really are at the "three week stall" juncture. :-) Understanding this helped me through that phase too. It will pass, just keep with your program and know the scale will be moving again soon.
I also had a stall within to weeks of surgery (8/14). It's frustrating. But now the scale has now moved (in the right direction).
If I think about it, I did a one week liquid diet pre-op. So it really could have been a short 3 week stall.
But I can definitely say that the inches are going, if not the scale/lbs. I put on a pair of pants this morning on a whim (they wouldn't go over my butt/hips right before surgery) and they fit comfortably. My body is changing, that's for sure!
