Dumping Syndrome is real
It happens to me too. Normally if I eat too much that's higher in fat. Today it was the beer and bacon festival. (I was a designated driver, so no alcohol for me!) I thought it was a myth for VSGers, but apparently dumping can happen to anyone, WLS or not. I get very, very hot, feverish, and sweaty. It really sucks :(

That sounds awful! I WI**** would happen to me. I find myself "snacking" on high sugar things way too often.
It is absolutely real and darn near the worst feeling in my life. I wanted to die! There is no amount or type of food worth going through that pain! Mine was caused by something the hospital made me drink for a test as there was no alternative so it wasn't even like I got to indulge in any goodness with a consequence :( I just know I never want to feel that way again!!!
