It's only Tuesday?  This week is moving a little slow for me! 

What's on the menu today?

B - chike, coffee

L - steak & green beans

S - yogurt w/ berries, coffee

D - chicken cordon blue casserole, brussel sprouts

S - cottage cheese w/ berries (maybe?  can't I break out of my sugar funk?)

E - 3 mile run, stretching / yoga on my own

W - on track

V - check

The week is moving slowly for me too!

Breakfast - crustless cheeseburger quiche

lunch - hamburger and cheddar cheese

lunch2 - chicken in spicey peanut sauce and garlic green beans

Dinner - pesto chicken and mixed veggies

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - done

Crazy day today.  I think I'm taking a break tomorrow.

I went off and left my lunch bag at home and I only get a 30 minute lunch so had to make due with what was in the company store.

B: pepperoni and cheese cubes

L: pistachios and ceaser salad no meat:(

D: Tilapia and broccoli or green chicken curry

W: behind

E: walk/run 2 miles

A little over on calories today - had medical appointments in the morning and afternoon, at different locations.  Had breakfast and lunch at home, but afternoon appointment lasted much longer than expected, so I got a McDonald's Double Cheeseburger, no bun, on the way home at 5:30.  So I'm skipping the steak I was planning on having for dinner, and will have a protein shake for a snack.

exercize has been a HUGE problem since starting school...just can't find the time unless I wake at 5 am and I'm not sure I can do that....ugh, so disappointed in myself.
