DID YOU HAVE THE SURGERY YET IF YOU DID CALL YOUR SURGEON

if not you can ask the surgeon for a tranquilizer  to help you relax , this is a safe surgery

Put one foot in front of the other....sounds simple, but just do what you've got to do.  You'll be shocked one day when you wake up and realize you are on your way to 'normal' weight.  Good luck!

I hope to get there soon… waiting is very stressful

i was really nervous as well but i couldn't get them to give me anything until the iv was in place. Maybe your surgeon can prescribe something for you to take he morning of.

You're going to do fine. Listen to the vets, they've all been there, nerves & all.

For me, its not freaking out , it like anticipating a big game or the big race, really got my adrenaline going. It's great, been years since I've had these

Kind of feeling. I'm literally enjoying it. Coming soon and couldn't be more ready. 3 days out now already loving the ride.

My body is telling me it is excited, and my mind is pleased with my decision. Enjoy the whole experience, and learn from things that are changing along the way.

We all go through so much "hurry up and wait" to get this far, this is part of the reward. A new shot at winning the game, or the race. Despite what has happened

In the past. Someone once said "every day is the first day, of the rest of your life" I understand this quote more now than ever.

Hope that helps. Good luck, and enjoy the ride.

God bless

Rod
