International Patient facilitators?? A lighter me?? endobariatric??

I stumbled across this website that offers SVG in both Tijuana and Cancun, but I've read HORRORS about them. Saying it's all a scam. I was also looking into a lighter me, which offers the same procedure in Tijuana, and I've read wonders. Recently through this website I was told that endobariatric was the way to go. Now my question is, what are your experience with these company previously mentioned, would you recommend or not?
Many of the reputable surgeons in MX have staff that will take care of all the details for you at no extra charge. You will pay an extra $1000-2000 for these facilitators and it's often unnecessary. One thing I would recommend is insurance against complications, just in case. One of the MX surgeons with a stellar reputation is Dr. Gilberto Ungson.
